Tyler Southerlin, a proud Colorado native, has always been driven by his passion for motorcycles and suspension systems. After selling his successful motorcycle repair shop in Phoenix, AZ, Tyler packed up a U-Haul and headed to California to pursue a dream opportunity—a position at the Race Tech headquarters in Corona, CA. “It was a dream come true,” Tyler recalls. “Owning my own shop was always a goal, but so was working for Race Tech.”

 

At Race Tech, Tyler worked closely with industry legends, including Head of R&D Rob Brown and company founder Paul Thede, contributing to the development of cutting-edge Race Tech products. This invaluable experience gave Tyler extensive knowledge of suspension systems and Race Tech’s entire product line.

 

Today, Tyler brings that expertise back to his home state as the owner of Applied Technology, Colorado's only Certified Race Tech Service Center. Dedicated to providing Colorado with the highest-quality services, Tyler takes pride in helping riders across the state achieve peak performance. In addition to running Applied Technology, Tyler continues to support Race Tech headquarters with R&D and technical expertise, ensuring riders receive world-class solutions tailored to their needs.
